A Magnetic Pulley is a permanent magnetic separator installed at the head or Material Discharge position of a conveyor belt. As material passes over the pulley, ferrous particles are attracted to its magnetic surface and separated from the non-magnetic material stream. Working Principle

The Magnetic Pulley replaces the standard conveyor pulley at the head or tail end of a conveyor belt. As the conveyor transports material, the pulley generates a powerful magnetic field that attracts and holds ferrous particles against the belt surface. The magnetic particles remain attached until they move beyond the magnetic field, where they are discharged separately from the clean, non-magnetic material. This process ensures continuous and automatic separation without interrupting production.
