Working Principle

The Bucket Elevator operates on a continuous lifting principle.

1. Material enters the boot section through the inlet.
2. Buckets attached to a belt or chain scoop the material.
3. The drive unit lifts the loaded buckets vertically.
4. At the head section, centrifugal or gravity discharge empties the material.
5. Empty buckets return to the boot section for the next cycle.

This continuous process ensures efficient and uninterrupted vertical conveying.
